When is GrantWatch the wrong tool?
Three cases, and they are worth knowing before you pay for anything.
- If you apply only for federal opportunities, Grants.gov is the government's own free portal and nothing here is required to use it. Grants themselves are free to apply for via official government portals; GrantWatch charges solely for search database features.
- If you need a tool that reports your own award rate back to you, GrantWatch does not hold that data. Its published answer to the success-rate question says so directly. Read the answer.
- Access to GrantWatch is intended solely for users located within the United States, its territories and possessions, Canada, and Israel. Users located outside of these jurisdictions may experience limited or no access to the Service.
Needs client material — Competitor cells and the "choose them if" block
Competitor prices, seat terms, free-access programmes and library-network access are research-sourced rather than inventory-sourced. Each needs a citation, an as-of date and legal verification before any of it appears as a stated claim in this table. A wrong competitor price on a comparison page is a false-advertising exposure, not a copy nit. Until that verification lands, this page states GrantWatch's own side only and links to theirs once, without quoting it.
